Responsibilities Includes-

• The role will involve working at the Senior School Library and interacting with students from Grades 6-12 on a daily basis.
• The role will require you to design, implement, and follow up on the sessions conducted for different grades at the library.
• This position will also see that you are involved in providing resources to teachers to strengthen their respective lessons.
• You will also be involved in moulding the library as a hub of learning. This will involve finding interesting material from a variety of resources, curating, and sharing these collections with the school community in usable formats.
• You must be open-minded, flexible to trying out new approaches to inculcating a love for reading in children and young adults
• The role requires you to be process-oriented, to understand and better implement library cataloguing and shelving systems.
• You must be inclined to completing documentation work and paying attention to detail.
• It's an added bonus if you are expressive during a read-aloud or a storytelling session.
