Marketing Manager

Job Title: Marketing Manager

  • Plan media and communication for large school events namely Open House for the Neev Early Years and Neev Academy, Neev Literature Fest, Science Fest or other events as directed by management.
  • Create high-quality content for marketing and admissions collateral, working with external designers and agencies.
  • Work closely with the design team - in sharing inputs/ ideas - to execute digital and outreach campaigns.
  • Overview of school’s social media. Develop strategy and manage school’s Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter accounts: utilizing them as tools to share our story and connect to content posted in other places.
  • Conduct in-depth research to identify new market opportunities and consumer preferences to support campaign creations - worked on social media analysis of the competitor schools.
  • Work closely with the academic teams for talk points.
  • Churn out, edit the content to make it available for the coverage.
  • Coordinate with the academic teams for content creation and edits needed across branding pintables - Handbooks, Yearbooks etc.
  • Coordinate with the website teams to get content & structural changes updated.
  • Work along with the PR Team to ensure we have the required coverage across print and digital platforms.
  • Coordinate and manage the photography, video edit teams - to create a roadmap for major events coverage and ensure the quality of the deliverables is maintained.
  • Produce an annual Marketing Plan including management of the Marketing Budget, which forms part of the School Development Plan.
