Job Purpose:
Provide administrative support for the completion of effective support services in the running of the school.
Manage and source resourcesacross the school branches

Duties:

  • Plan and co-ordinate ordering/ purchasingof all educational aids as per need of the branches.
  • Record, and maintainrecords of all items ordered and receipts for items received.
  • Arrange for the disbursing and dispatching of received resources to branches as per instructions.
  • Maintain and submit a status report of the dispatched resources
  • Complete an audit and stocktake of all educational materials across all branches of Neev twice a year (beginning and at the end of the school year).
  • Manage the storage and inventory to maintain records for all event resources of the branches, eg CD,DVD’s, photo albums, , diaries, cap, application forms, library cards, ID cards, photo albums centrally.
  • As required create and update information on the portal.
  • Organise and carry out monthly planner for inventory/ stock inspection of the branches.
  • Maintain records in required format, of all existing resources across the branches as per audit requirements.
  • Travel to the other branches as and when required in the process of alignment of the resources.
  • Create employee ID cards as per Neev rules and regulations and dispatch to the respective branches.
  • Document the receipt of new and existing employee applications and number them.
  • Organise transportation facilities for all branches.

Teacher Position : Lab Assistant

Job Summary:
The Lab Assistant is responsible for the smooth functioning of all three science laboratories in accordance with the standards specified by the IB school

Essential Responsibilities :
Ability to manage Physics, Chemistry and Biology laboratories Organize and prepare the labs for class sessions and examinations Maintain work area and equipment
Work with teachers and heads of the science departments to plan
Work with the teachers and follow guidelines while setting and adhering to safety standards
Maintain, construct and operate equipment
Carry out tests to verify material supplied and to help students in doubt or difficulty
Keep abreast of latest equipment and technology that can prove beneficial to the school and student community
Create and follow a process oriented approach towards managing all lab requirements
Identify materials required for all labs and liase with procurement team
Maintain a check on stock and prepare purchase orders in time to ensure timely delivery of material
Liase with vendors and ensure material purchased is the best quality and approved by the department head

This role routinely involves handling chemicals and equipment with precaution and care while ensuring the safety of oneself and others especially the students.
